Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. To make sure everyone is getting the highest quality service possible keep in mind the following:
Cancellations:
Please provide at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 30% service fee.
No-Shows:
Missing your appointment with no notice will result in a 50% charge of full service.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be adjusted or rescheduled. It may be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charges may apply.
